I filed a Chapter 7 and included my wifes attorney fees for our divorce. He did not petition the bankrupcy court but is telling our divorce judge that she can still make me pay his fees. Is this true?

Unless your debt gets discharged in the bankruptcy filing, you'll be liable for paying the dues. If the bankruptcy court discharges the amount, then she won't be able to make you pay the fees.
