Hello there… I need some info. I want to know whether chapter 7 BK really stays on your credit files for 10 years. Has anyone ever seen it falling off after 7 years?

well... chapter 7 bankruptcy discharge won't drop off your credit report before 10 years. it will stay in your credit report for 10 years. in case, you file chapter 13, then your bankruptcy filing will get removed from your credit report after 7 years.
