I received a motion to dismiss my bankruptcy for failure to pay my bankruptcy payments timely. What happens now?
Can I lose my house if my bankrupcty is dismissed
Hi Joanne,
Once your bankruptcy filing is dismissed, you'll lose all the protection under the bankruptcy court. Your creditors will be able to come after you to recover their debts. If the lender forecloses your property, then you'll lose your house.
Thanks
