I filed BK on May 2012 and I met a trustee on June 2012, I had a small claim court on 15th June. When I contacted my attorney, he said I need to do nothing in this regard. But I received a letter from a court "Order for Dismissal on Claim and/or Counterclaim" told me that I am not appeared on 6/15/2012 therefore the case will be set default. So, the judgment will stay until 7/5/2012 to allow appeal/removal. When I filed BK I included this bank in my file. What will happen now?
