Can my ex husband file bankruptcy on our house if i dont agree and we own the property together? I am trying to save the house from foreclosure and he wants to file bankruptcy.

if his name is mentioned in the property deed and the mortgage, then he can include it in his bankruptcy filing. if his name is listed on the deed, then he will have to mention it while listing his assets. if you aren't jointly filing bankruptcy with him, then it won't affect you.
