I am working with a lady that wants to purchase a home, but the lender just found out that when she declared bankruptcy three years ago, the home she had purchased was on an FHA loan, and now she can't do anything until we know when the home was actually released by FHA.
Is there anyway I can find this out, the lender says we just have to wait.
I am a Realtor trying to sell the home to her.

You can ask the lady about when the home was actually released by FHA. She is the best person to tell you when the home was released.
