My boyfriend and I brought a house to their and now were not getting along after 2yrs owning the house. Will the deed keep me safe if he would file for bankruptcy?

If you are the only one named on the property deed, then the property will not be effected. But if you jointly owned the property with your boyfriend and if he includes the property in the bankruptcy, then the property may be sold off to pay off the debts.
