you can convert your chapter 13 bankruptcy into chapter 7. you can contact your bankruptcy attorney and take the required steps in this regard. your attorney will have to file a notice of conversion with the court and pay the required conversion fee. however, if you go for the conversion, you may not be able to save your property or your car.
