Hi,

Welcome to Mortgagefit, if you have bankrupted in 2008 then you will apply for mortgage. You cannot get back title on bankrupted property.

Hi Guest,

You will have to surrender the property to the lender who will sell it off. This will help you in getting rid of the property and remove your name from the title of the property.
