I have been a full time student for the last 6 years (undergrad and grad). I have not worked, except for 6 months in 2007 as a nanny when I was between undergrad and grad. My employers never gave me a w-2, w-4, or whatever they were supposed to give me. As such, I have not filed taxes for the last 6 years. I am now filing for medical bankruptcy (massive credit card debt from medical emergency), but it says I need a tax return. What do I do? Can I file without one?
Hi SarahDean,
You will have to contact a tax adviser and take his help in this matter. He will guide you in this matter.
Thanks
