filled out the questionaire for qualifying for bankruptcy 7 or 13 did not get an answer...i was wondering if i qualifyed for bankruptcy or if there is another solution to getting the judgments i have against me taken care of before i declare bankruptcy which is what i have been trying to prevent, but because i have judgments against me i am being told bankruptcy is the way to go. we aren't bad people, just trying to help friends out in the past and inflation was rising but my pay wasn't, and we got into the credit hurricane
Hi jsimmons,
If you want to know whether you qualified for bankruptcy or not, you will have to go for the Means test. To know more about means test, check out the following link:

If you have any kind of tax liens or charge offs against you, then you will have to pay it off in order to remove them from your credit.
