Hi,
If we do NOT reaffirm on our home and we have NEVER been late on a payment, can they just decide to foreclose because we filed BK? Can we continue to live there and pay the payment? ** IF so, how long can we do that?
Next, we WILL reaffirm auto loans, in the mean time, they wont just come reposses becasue we filed BK right? We are NOT late on those either.
