I reaffirmed on my 3rd mortgage in 2005 during chapter 7 and since then my house entered into foreclosure in early 2008. Am i liable for this secured debt? desperate in colorado
Well, I believe you are if you reaffirmed it. Have you spoken to your bk attorney regarding this?
