we just recently filed for bankruptsey. the mortgage is excempt and is going to be reaffermed. we are due unfortunatlly to refinance the note. will we beable to refinanance. we have been her and had the home for what will be 10 years, we have never been late and always paid more everymonth. because of our good standing and good history on the mortgage will we be qualified? please help!
