MY HUSBAND AND I FILED A CHAPTER 13 ABOUT A YEAR AGO. THE MARRIAGE HAVE BECOME VIOLENT AND I CAN NO LONGER STAY HERE.
THE HOUSE WAS ORIGINALLY HIS BUT BECAUSE OF HIS AGE WHEN HE CONTINUEDTO REFIANCE I WASTHE COSIGNER IT WAS PLACED IN MY NAME . THERE IS A PAYMENT PLAN AND THE MORGAGE PAYMENT, WILL I BE RESPONSIBLE FOR BOTH OR EITHER IF I MOVE OUT????

your name mentioned in property deed or not is doesn't matter here, if you husband stop paying mortgage dues then you will be responsible to payoff mortgage dues cause of you are co-signer on loan. refinance loan to him & remove your name from cosigner. consult with your husband.
