If my bankruptcy is revoked do they call every creditor and tell them? My bankruptcy was filed in 2006 and because I havent turned over my federal tax refund the trustee is trying to revoke it now, 3 years later.

No, but they'll probably receive letters

Why in the world aren't you complying with the Federal Bankruptcy Laws? You're in their program and need to adhere to their rules. I don't understand. You need to do everything the Trustee requires of you.
