If I wanted sell my vehicle that is still being finaniced, could I ?

In my opinion, it is better to get the bankruptcy discharge and then sell off the exempt vehicle. If you sell off the vehicle, then you may have give the sale proceeds to the bankruptcy trustee in order to pay off your creditors.
