after bankruptcy deed transfer on bank name is done. We did not received notice from Sherif for key collection or evacuation of property.We moved out before deed was tansfered. What do we do with condo key?Do we take key to Bank or county Sherif office?Are liable for any Thing?

You can mail the house keys to your lender. This may complete the property transfer. As your mortgage has been discharged, you won't be liable for the deficient balance when the lender sells off the property.
