How I can stay healthy with low budget???

Posted on: 15th Oct, 2006 09:57 pm
The question which I am just about to ask may looks bit stupid, but still I would like to have some advice.

I want to stay healthy and for that i want to have healthy food. But for the same I have a small budget. How should I manage my diet so that it will fit my small budget.

Thanks in advance.
Hi,

Interesting question! Haven't seen anyone taking this so seriously. But it's important to find out ways by which you can control your expenses. And, yes, if a proper diet can help you save money as well keep you in good health, then nothing's like that. Well, you can try to follow the tips given below:

  1. Try to take home made food at your work place.
  2. Don't be shy to use discount coupons while you are shopping at grocery stores.
  3. Make a list when you plan to shop at a grocery store and make sure that you stick to it.
  4. Stop buying junk food and prepared food, as they are not only expensive but unhealthy also.
  5. Out of my personal experience I can say, never shop at a grocery store when you are hungry. Because when you are hungry you buy anything as everything looks very delicious.

Hope your budget helps you save and stay healthy

Thanks,
Jerry

We all want to have best food in cheap, But the fact is:

All the cheapest are not best,
All the healthiest are not cheapest,
All the tastiest are not best,
All the easiest are not great.
