We filed chapter 13 bankcruptcy in 2010, which includes eliminating our equity or second loan, do we need to include on filing our income tax return even we did not teceived the form 1099-A from the Lender
There are chances that you may have to file 1099A form. Your lender might send it just before the tax time. You can even get in touch with a tax adviser and take his opinion in this regard.
