What about all the (single mothers) who are illegal aliens who fill the Social Service offices applying for Medicaid to cover not only their health care costs but also the health care costs of the child who is born. They are illegal aliens thus do not have a social security number and thus can not be tracked down at death to pay back the money to the Medicaid system?
