Lease termination

Posted on: 30th Jan, 2014 12:47 am
Hello there... I received a 60 days notice of lease termination from my landlord. But again the notice says that I have 2 months time. What does it mean?
It means that you have 60 days or 2 months time to leave the property. You will have to make an arrangement for another rental property in the meanwhile.

As stated it means you have up to 60 days to leave - if you do not leave within the time frame given the landlord can take you to court and get an eviction - Rent is still due during this time
