Hii everyone... I'm in need of advice. I will be renewing my lease in few days. My existing least was co-signed by my parents. While renewing, will they need to co-sign once again? I am a college student and have a summer job but no regular income.

As you don't have a stable income, you won't be able to qualify for a lease in your own name. In such a situation, you will have to ask your parents to co-sign for the renewal of the lease.

I agree with Jerry. If you don't have any type of regular income, it will be difficult for you to qualify for any kind of lease.
