Hi everyone, need help! Sent DV letter to the collection agency 30 days ago but have received no response. What is the next step? BBB report, Credit bureau dispute?? Please help.
If they haven't responded to your DV letter, it means that don't own your debt. You can further send them a cease and desist letter and ask them to stop reporting or stop further collection activities on that account.
