Hi… I have been living on rent in a house for the past 7-8 months. There was a verbal agreement between me and the landlord and he said that I will use the bathroom all alone. None of the other tenants will access it. However, after 6 months, he says that this is inconvenient for the other roommates. When I do not agree, he is threatening to evict me!! What rights do I have?

You basically have no rights. This is because, you don't have a written rental agreement with the landlord. Please note that verbal agreement actually have no value.

Small Claims Court, but it'll be tough without something in writing.
Well, you can't really do much about it since a verbal agreement is baseless at the end of the day.
