I have shifted to a rental property from my mother's house. However, my mother is no returning my personal items like money, books, clothes, Ipad, etc. What legal actions can I take against her?
You can request your mother to return all your personal belongings. If that does not help, then you can file a lawsuit at the small claims court in this regard.
