What are procedure to get a copy of my tax return if I forgot to make a copy of it?
You will have to fill out the IRS Form 4506 in order to Request for Copy or Transcript of Tax Form. This form will help you to request for Copies of filed 1040 tax returns, Form W-2 & 1099 information and Tax return transcript.
if you are actually referring to taxes paid to the us government, you can phone the irs and request a transcript be faxed to you.
