I rented a property for two years and few days back, I have given the landlord my notice to move out of the property. Two days back, I found that my landlord has given the property to a new management team. Now who will give me back my deposit? The new management is not bothering much!

Technically, it is the present owner who will be liable for returning you the deposit amount. You should constantly remind the new management to give you back the deposit amount.

Well, you've got to approach the present owner regarding this.
Try to contact the present owner in this situation.
