Hello there... I rented an apartment with my Dad. My Dad left me and now I live along in the apartment and also pay the rent properly. The lease agreement is in the name of my Dad. Though my landlord was accepting the payments, now she says that I am an illegal tenant and she wants to evict me. Is this legal?
The lease agreement is not in your name but you are still staying in the property. In such a situation, the landlord may consider you an illegal tenant and ask you to leave the property. There is nothing illegal in it.

I agree with what Niicss has said. It will be better if you could immediately sign a rental agreement with the landlord and then continue staying in the property.
