lease expire

Posted on: 14th Jun, 2013 03:01 am
I wasn’t informed that my lease was going to expire. I wanted to extend or renew the lease. Now only 20 days are left for my lease to expire. My landlord now says that he won’t renew as I did not give 30 days notice. Is this legal?
You should check your present lease in order to know what action your landlord can take against you.

Welcome Guest,

As Niicss has suggested, you will have to check out the lease agreement. Apart from this, you should even speak to the landlord and negotiate with him so that he can be convinced.
