I have a 1998 mobile home that i own now and I'm wanting to get a 10,000 dollar loan to remodel it how can i get started?
Sandra, for the amount of money you're seeking, you won't find any mortgage lenders who'll nibble. What you'll need to do is to shop around at your local credit unions, small banks, etc. Don't be surprised to find out that nobody will entertain your request for a loan to remodel the mobile home, using it for collateral.

I suspect your best bet is to seek a personal loan for that amount. Credit unions are probably the best bet to obtain such a loan, and you'll find interest rates are pretty good there, I'm sure.

A 13-year-old mobile home isn't considered particularly good collateral for a loan - probably less worthy than your signature alone.

Elliot, no matter how pretty you make your words in your post, I'm sure what you offer is no less a scam than all that we've read about in the last few years.

As is evident, most of your contact information has been deleted, as is the custom on MortgageFit. Advertising of this sort is taboo here...if you are legitimate, why not sign up as a lender and become a more active participant on the site?
