I have a rental property and a primary residence, two sepearate homes. I am about to be foreclosed upon on my primary residence. Can i apply for mortgage forgiveness on my primary even though i have a rental?
Yes you can as long as you can show that you are nto abel to make payments due to some kind of hardship
