my friend didnt know she would need to payback MediCal that her Mom received Mom was never in a nursing home and didn't own property -all the remaining estate monies around 2500 dollars were used for Mom's internment. Do you happen to know the CA ceiling (over which) they have to be reimbursed and is there any deduction for interment?
