No tenancy agreement

I am living in a property but have no tenancy agreement. Can I get evicted?
Yes, obviously you can get evicted. If there is no tenancy agreement, then there is no proof of the fact that you can legally stay in that property. You should immediately contact your landlord and sign a tenancy agreement with him.

Hi Drake!

Welcome to the forums!

You will surely be getting evicted and it may be happening soon. You may not even get any formal eviction notice to leave the property.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
