I live outside of the United States and I am looking at purchasing a Home in Florida for Fifty Thousand dollars. As a foreigner do I have to pay annual Tax on the home I purchase? What will the annual Tax for this home be if I am subject to pay an annual Tax fee? Is the annual tax payment based on the cost of insurance for the home? If it is what is the typical insurance cost for a home purchased for Fifty Thousand Dollars. I am new to the Housing Market, any additional Details would be appreciated. PLEASE ADVISE.
Yes, you will have to pay annual taxes on the purchase of the property. The annual taxes would depend upon the value of the property. I would suggest you to contact a tax adviser and take his opinion on this issue.

You do pay annual taxes. This is what I recommend:
1. Get the address to the home in hand.
2. Search online and see if you can find the county tax accessor or appraisal district for the county in which the house is in.
3. If you can access the county appraisal district online, look up the address.
- You should be able to view the tax history, the amount of the current taxes and prior years. (depends on the county website) You may also get so see the taxes are paid current or past due. It varies from county to county and state to state.

Good luck
Hope this helps =)

Property Taxes are baed on the value of the property as assessed by the county. It is not based on the insurance. But you will need to get insurance for your house.
