I don't know much about this company but i have seen everyones comment about it and it does not look good. now i do not know what to do although the loan has not yet been posted in my account.

Are you talking about platinum b services? If so, then I would say this not probably very reliable company. I have heard so many complaints against them and this topic has been discussed before by our community members. So if you like you can go through the page-
