My boyfriend and I are not getting along well now. Both of us are on the apartment lease. I guess he is doing drugs in the apartment. I want him out. How can I do that?
As his name is on the lease, it will be difficult for you to remove him from the apartment or lease without his consent. But if you can prove that he is breaking law, then things might get easier for you.
