I bought a property around 7 months back. Will I be able to rent that property now?
You will have to check out your loan documents and see if there are any restrictions on renting off the property. If no, then you can go ahead and rent the property.

I agree with what Niicss has said. It will be better to check out the property and the mortgage documents, if any and then take a decision in this regard.

Go through the property papers and see if there is any restriction in renting the property. If there isn't any, then you can give your property on lease.
