I am thinking of moving out and renting a property. What basic utilities will my lender provide me with?

As far as I know, the landlords will provide the tenants with just cold water, sewer, and trash. Apart from this, the tenants will be liable for electricity, cable TV, Internet, gas, hot water, telephone, etc.

Before you sign on the dotted lines of the rental agreement, you can speak to the landlord and check out what utilities he will offer you.
