Hi there… I need advice. I have a best friend and want to rent a property with her. Will it be a bad idea to rent a property with my best friend? Both of us have minimum wage jobs and also own cars.

I personally don't think that it will be good idea to rent a property with your friend. In case, your friendship goes sour, things may get difficult for you and you may become liable for the rent payments solely. As you have minimum wage jobs, it may get difficult for you to pay off the rent.
