Will you be able to qualify for a Section 8 housing if you were kicked out from it 3 years back? Can they deny you Section 8? Will an appeal help?
It will be difficult for you to qualify for another Section 8 housing. As you are dealing with Federal Government here, I don't think that an appeal will help you much.

As far as I know, you will not be able to qualify for Section 8 after 5 years of eviction. You should contact the local PHA and they will be able to help you in this matter.
