I have 4 collection accounts with Midland credit management. How can send a letter to settle the debts? What should I include in the letter?

You should mention the reasons as to why you cannot pay off those account properly. Inform Midland about your financial crisis and request for a settlement. However, it will be the discretion of Midland whether or not he would consider your request.

Get in touch with Midland and make them aware of your financial problems. Try and negotiate a settlement deal with them.
