Hi there… I am trouble because of my tenant! I allowed this man to stay in the property and he paid the rent for 1 month. He has not paid rent after that. I have not had him sign any documents. What can I do now?

As there is no written agreement with the tenant, you can send him a "3 day pay rent or quit" notice. That will help you in resolving your problems.

Thats all you need to do and the tenant wont have any legal protection in this regard.
