Hello there... I was looking for a tenant and I got one. She is a Veteran. She says that she will not pay the rent. It is the VA who will pay her rent. Is this correct or is she trying to scam me?
Well, as far as I know, VA never directly pays rent to the landlords. The veteran may receive disability benefits which she can use to pay off her rent.
