HOW DO I ADD MYSELF AS JOINT TENANT TO MY MOTHER'S DEED IN L.A. COUNTY CALIFORNIA
Hi Guest,
Your mother will have to sign a quitclaim deed and add your name as a joint tenant to the property. Once the deed is filled out, you need to notarize and record it at the county recorder's office. Though sample quitclaim deed forms are available online, it is always better to contact an attorney and get the deed drafted by him.
Thanks
