I live in CA and I'm recently married. I have a condo that will most likely be in forclosure in the next two months. My husband has nothing to do with the condo and his name is not on any papers. Will a forclosure on my property affect his credit?
Thanks

WHAT about other things car, money. Do I loose my own home. Forclose on renter home.
Hi mikrforclose,
If you cannot pay the deficient amount resulting from the foreclosure sale, the lender will place liens on your other property. If you do not have another property, then the lender will place liens on car or can even garnish your wages or savings account.
Thanks
