Timeshare Bail Out

Posted on: 30th Jan, 2009 12:07 pm
I have a Wyndham Timeshare that I tried to give back to Wyndham but they would not take it back. How can I get rid of it legally ?
Hi engr!

Welcome to forums!

As the timeshare company is not taking it back, I would suggest you to list the property in the market and try selling it. I feel this is one of the ways to get rid of the property legally.

Feel free to ask if you have further queries.

Does anyone know if the law company that advertises a "Timeshare Bailout" and offers to handle suits against companies such as Bluegreen, to get us OUT of these draining contracts, are for real?

Hi Barry,

I do not have much idea about such companies. I would suggest you to check out their BBB rating. Research about the company online to know what people have to say regarding their services. This would help you decide whether or not you should avail their services.

Timeshare Contracts can be cancelled, but you need the right people on your side to get it done. Even most lawyers don't know how to get you out, but it can be done. In most cases, you bought the timeshare in an illegal presentation... illegal by means of the "law" and how the law is interpreted.
