Hi there… Hope someone can help. Can anyone tell me about Ocwen Loan Servicing? They automatically pay property taxes and then charge interest. If I don't pay homeowners insurance on time, they step in and add a homeowner insurance......etc. Feed up and don't know what to do. Now they want to increase my monthly payment over $200 to pay for escrow which is for property taxes, etc. which I did NOT agree to.

You need to note here that if you read your mortgage documents, you will see that they have the right to escrow for taxes and insurance and to increase the escrow amounts accordingly. It will be in writing in your mortgage docs.

Sounds as if you have either an escrow shortage or an initial escrow balance was established after you failed to disbursement items yourself under an escrow waiver. Either way you likely received an escrow analysis form which, except for the mathematically handicapped, is easy to understand.

Don't trust Ocwen they will rob you from your home before you know it. You can fight with them about their erroneous fees and they act dumb and give you every excuse on the planet. and cost you more money as every day passes. Get out of that loan with them if you can..We are fighting them for 3 years now in Federal Court. They are the worst company on the planet. :evil:
