I suppose the mobile home had permanent foundation or else getting 100% financing could have been difficult.

Hi

Are you looking to finance your singlewide mobile home? Can you provide a little more details like your credit score, LTV? Is the mobile home you are looking to finance is based on a permanent foundation?

Hi Genie,

What are your credit scores? How much of loan amount are you looking for? You need to have good credit scores and sufficient income to qualify for a mobile home mortgage loan. There are lenders in this community, with whom you can seek no-obligation free mortgage consultation. They will assess your financial situation, check your credit scores, etc. and will let you know if you can qualify for a mobile home loan.

need financinge to purchase a single wide mobile home. The home is on a permanent foundation, it is 11 years old and very good condition.
The credit score is 620. will have 3.5-5% down.

Hi,

As your mobile home is placed on a permanent foundation, you can get a mobile home mortgage loan against your property. Your credit score is good and a 3.5-5% down payment isn't bad either. I think you can check out the option of getting an FHA Title I mobile home loan. Contact some FHA-approved lenders and find out if they can offer you Title I loan. In case you cannot find FHA-approved lenders in your area, you can contact local lenders and check out what type of loans they can offer you and what interest rate they will charge on the loan.
