welcome paula,

This is strange as in why don't they let you pay off the loan. Isn't that what a lender wants - to get back his money in due time? well i just have the feeling may be they're not accepting the payment right now so that later on they'll say you haven't paid and you have to pay late charges and stuff like that.

By the way, how are they stopping you? are they returning your payment? don't you have the address where you need to send the payment?

I summited my application already and they said that they will send the money from 24 to 48 Hors.Is almost the 48 hr and i didn't received nothing.I'm scared now.

Welcome aidelin.

Why don't you contact the company directly and ask them the reason for being late to send the loan amount? loan point usa. Phone Number is 1-800-351-8820. Try it out and let me know if you have any further queries.

Welcome back aidelin.

Good to hear I can help you out. But pay the loan off on the payday and better stay away from this company as they don't have a very good raputation in the market. Let me know if you have any further queries.

You're most welcome Aidelin. Do share your experiences with us here. And of course, try and pay off the loan at the right time. Also, check your account from time to time to verify that the company hasn't taken out extra money from your account. That's what I hear most of these payday loan companies doing. So, just be careful and let's hope things will be fine.

Take Care

It's always a better idea to ask family and friends for referrals to a solid loan officer/lender then to ask if a company is any good online.

Never heard of them but that doesn't mean much. Just do research on them to find out if they have complaints through their governing agencies.

The same has happened to me. I was approved for $500. I agreed to the terms of debiting my checking account the following pay and they only took out $120. I tried called the representative, left messages and she nor anyone of customer service has called be back. Then the following week, the same thing, and so on. I'm being charged for a stop ACH from my back each pay period. And still no one from Loan Point has called me back. Who should I talk to and what should I do? After reading the post, I should file a complaint with Attorney General? This is crazy. Lesson learned!!!!

Hi Guest!

You should better consult an attorney on this regard.

Now I'm scared. What if they mess up my checking account? They are charging me $150 for $500 that i am borrowing. Which i thought it was a lot but since I need the money, I said OKAY. I talked to them yesterday. I was suppose to sign the papers online but i haven't yet. I checked my checking account and they have not yet deposit the money. I guess I still have time to cancel. Thanks for the information.

Hi MAVARRY!

You are most welcome. It is always better to be careful and one should check the background of the lender before taking a loan. This will help you in saving your hard earned money as well as the harassment that some lenders cause.

Thanks,

Jerry

Well I'll have to say if you're in dire straights and you've handled your acount to whatever point you could then you should try contacting Rebecca West there at "rwest@genevakc.com". If anyone in that organization can help you out its her. She's professional and has the authority to help you figure out how to solve your situation and seems more than willing to help. Contact them rather than avoid it and get it worked out. I did and was amazed at the outcome. :)
